Device Design, Purpose and Usage
This device provides, easy and accurate measurement of the relative activity distribution along the length of the chromatographical strip. The measurement result is displayed as a percentage in ROI and in a form of a graph at the same time. Automatic background detection (manual modification possible) ensures the results are not falls negative. The special measurement procedure and calculation formula can be pre-defined according to product manufacturer requirements for each KIT. Software enables custom settings using multiple strip method as well as multiple ROI calculation. The entire measurement procedure can be predefined as a preset for daily rutine measurements.
Length of the measured field is up to 200mm.
Heart of the TLC wizard is a Scintilation detector, located in tungsten collimator.
Slot through which the detector is exposed to the measured activity is 2x20mm with variable depth of 6, 12 and 18mm. Change of the setup takes max 20s. This variability enables measurement of vide range of activities and energies starting from very low activities of 99mTc, up to high levels of Ga68.
The simple body design coated with durable 2K paint and the glass plate on the working surface provides excellent cleanability and enables measurement of wet stripes. It is not necessary to lose time drying the chromatographical stripes! Daily QC can be proceeded automatically using build in check source by just two clicks.
