Shielded Waste Container
Three sizes · lead shielding 5, 10 or 20 mm Pb

Safe and simple storage of solid radioactive waste in nuclear medicine departments, hospitals and laboratories.
The container reduces the risk of exposure and contamination of staff handling radioactive materials. It is a simple, freestanding, rectangular stainless steel container with lead shielding in the walls and in the lid.
The main lid is opened upwards by its handle and pivots on two hinges at the rear. An integrated sliding lid running on linear guides allows waste to be deposited without opening the main lid; in the automatic version it is opened by a foot switch.
