Customers
To increase the satisfaction of our customers and put it first in everything we do; to understand and meet their current and future requirements, needs and wishes.
Safety and performance
To manufacture safe and effective devices that do not compromise the clinical condition or safety of patients, or the safety and health of users or other persons. Any risks that may be associated with the use of these devices must be acceptable when weighed against their benefits to the patient and compatible with a high level of protection of health and safety, taking into account the generally acknowledged state of the art.
Quality
To manufacture products in accordance with a quality management system that conforms to the international standard ISO 13485 and the applicable regulatory requirements. To continually improve the prevention of nonconformities and give it priority over corrective actions. To regularly review the fulfilment of the quality management system requirements, the company objectives and target values. To manage, measure and monitor processes and evaluate their functionality and efficiency in order to maintain the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS).
Products
To develop, innovate and manufacture products that are comparable with or better than the competition on the medical device market in diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine, and whose economy, functionality and safety convince our existing and potential customers to cooperate with us in the long term.
Employees
To continuously develop the qualifications and skills of our employees and look after their satisfaction and health. To motivate employees to understand their responsibility in their work and to minimise nonconformities. To motivate employees towards occupational health and safety and towards reducing the risk of illness, accidents and adverse events at the workplace. To keep relationships within the company clear and to build a dignified working and living environment.
Working environment
To use technologies, procedures, products and materials that do not endanger employees or the working environment and that are safe and environmentally friendly in their intended use. To reduce the consumption of energy and raw materials in line with production and, based on scientific and technical knowledge, to ensure their environmentally sound handling, storage, processing and disposal.
Legislation
To fulfil legal and other requirements, e.g. technical and safety requirements for products and occupational health and safety requirements.
The company management is committed to maintaining the effectiveness of the quality management system and to creating the conditions for fulfilling the company policy. At the same time, we expect all employees and all those working on behalf of the company to understand and apply this policy.
